The system is first come first serve. Registration link opens at 3pm CET.

Why 3pm CET ? The sweet spot for all countries to fairly sign up.

  • We expect and require countries to make the reservation and do the payment, not individuals. Each country's federation or organizing body should submit a single team registration on behalf of all their athletes and staff.

  • The first round is limited to 24 players and 2 staff members per country. Any more will be rejected. However, please add a comment saying how many more players and staff you would like to house if necessary.

  • Yes, we expect countries to pay for their hotel rooms on May 25th - June 5th using the link !

Why ? Because we need to pay the accomodations before June 5th afterwards our deposit will be taken.

Payment can be done by credit card. If payment needs to be done by bank transfer, please send us an email at roundnet.worlds2026@gmail.com

  • Only 2 hotels have breakfast included: Hotel du Port & Ibis.

Some of the others may have it but it is not included in the price we have set up, and we suggest you call them after June 5th to make that extra reservation yourselves.

  • No, countries may not specify their preferred bed configuration for each room when registering.

Yes, countries are responsible for assigning their own athletes and staff to rooms. We will assign a cluster of rooms to a country, then send it to the country to organize which player stays where.

  • Currently estimated at 104 - 120 euros per person for 8 meals.

This has been delayed to be paid in July. However, it is still a food + housing package and not one or the other.

Housing & Food Reservation : it will open on May 25th at 3pm CET.

Logistics Information

Accomodation packages for athletes

Who is eligible? All participating countries. Accommodation covers players and staff — typically 2 persons per country, with additional capacity available on request.

How are spots assigned? Budget-friendly accommodations are prioritised for countries that have applied for financial aid. Once these are allocated, the remaining spots across all accommodation options become available to everyone on a first-come, first-served basis.

An email will be sent when accommodations become available (May 25 - June 5).

Food Arrangements

What meals are included? Lunch and dinner are provided for all athletes. Every meal is vegetarian, protein-packed, and designed with athletic performance in mind — nutritious food to keep you fuelled throughout the competition.

Where will meals be served? All lunches and dinners will be served indoors at the playing fields, so you can refuel without leaving the venue.

What about breakfast? Details on breakfast options are coming soon — stay tuned.

Is there a combined housing & food package? Yes! A bundled accommodation and meal package will be available. Pricing details will be announced shortly.

Transportation details

How do I get there by public transport from Paris? Two RER lines serve the area:

Option A — RER A to Champigny, then bus 116 to the "Parc du Tremblay" stop.

Option B — RER E to Nogent–Le Perreux, then bus 317 or 116 to the "Parc du Tremblay" stop.

The journey from central Paris takes roughly 30–45 minutes depending on your starting point. We recommend using the Île-de-France Mobilités app or Google Maps for real-time directions.

I'm coming from elsewhere in France or Europe by train — what's the best route? Most high-speed trains (TGV, Eurostar, Thalys) arrive at one of Paris's main stations (Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est, etc.). From there, take the Métro to connect to RER A or RER E and follow the directions above.

I'm flying in from abroad — which airport should I use? Paris has two main international airports: Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly (ORY). Both are well connected to central Paris by train and bus. From either airport, make your way to central Paris and follow the directions below.

Can I drive to the venue? Yes. The park is accessible from the A4 motorway and offers parking on site. However, parking can be limited on busy days, so public transport is encouraged when possible.

Venue Access & Site Map

Where exactly do I enter? The fields are located inside the Parc du Tremblay, which is a large park with multiple entrances. Make sure to use the north-east entrance at 161 Boulevard de Stalingrad — using any other gate will add a significant walk to your journey.

Is there a site map available? A detailed site map will be shared ahead of the tournament. In the meantime, save this address: 161 Boulevard de Stalingrad, 94500 Champigny-sur-Marne.

What happens when I arrive each morning? Team managers are required to check in every morning on behalf of their team. Please be on time — lateness may result in sanctions.
